Terms of use

The service

FlipScroll, provided by [legal entity], [address], lets you import the data exports of your own Instagram and X accounts and search, filter and flag your own posts and comments. It works only from exports you provide: it has no connection to your accounts on those platforms, and it cannot post or change anything there.

Your FlipScroll account

• You must be at least [minimum age] to use FlipScroll.
• Use an email address you control, and keep your password to yourself.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Only your own data

Import only exports of accounts that you own or control. FlipScroll is for reviewing your own history; do not use it to collect or look into other people's accounts.

Your content

What you import stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide FlipScroll to you, as described in the privacy policy.

Limits

To keep the service working for everyone, some actions are limited:

• up to 250,000 posts and comments in one imported account;
• up to 3 refreshes of each imported account, and 20 imports in all, in any 24 hours;
• up to 5 data exports in any 24 hours.

How the service is provided

FlipScroll is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or find everything you look for. For example, search finds whole words only, and an import holds what the platform put in your export. [Limits of liability.]

Ending

• You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone; you can export your data first.
